Russell Bath holds a B Comm from the University of the Witwatersrand and an MA Psychology from Rand Afrikaans University. He is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
His professional background spans employee assistance and employee wellness programmes, psychosocial training, case management, corporate facilitation, coaching and organisational consulting.
Professional experience
Russell’s experience includes being a founding member and Marketing Director of MediaWatch, work at the Center for Human Development (CHD), private practice and senior employee wellness responsibilities at LifeAssist. Across these roles, he has supported organisations with employee wellbeing, resilience, workplace challenges, leadership considerations and periods of organisational change.
